If Jesus was here, He would celebrate what our Man of God is doing.... Because he is fulfilling his purpose.
THE MISSIONARY AND PURPOSEFUL CELL LEADER.
Mark 1:16-18
These were fishermen. They had a trade and occupation.
One day, all of a sudden, their whole life would change.
They didn't fully understand what Jesus meant but He changed their focus, their mission and vision.
V17- Come ye after me and I will make TO BECOME...
when you come into any of our churches, when you really sit down to listen, you can tell that you are headed somewhere.
You are not going to be a nominal christian because the structure is not there.
Their trade changed from the moment the master called them.
These apostles took nations.

Our Man of God taught on the mission and purpose of the church.

Pastor said.
"Many have forgotten, they are carried away by the process. They are carried away by the product. Like one who is on a journey and has forgotten the destination. Many who are in ministry have forgotten the mission..."
Many of them were distracted by side attractions.
An attraction can distract you from the mission.
Why are you in ministry?
So you realize you are in a journey with a destination?
What makes the Journey, the process and the work worthwhile? It is the destination. The mission.
If you don't know the mission and purpose of the church, what are you doing?
The church has a purpose. It is found in the word of God and in the church.
Sadly, many have lon forgotten there was a mission.
2 Cor 1:8-9
Only when you understand your mission, can you have an attitude like this.
Only when you have a destination can you embark on a dangerous Journey.
It may cost your life.
We have to live like people with a destination and a purpose, a mission.
We have a mission.
So don't be carried away by distractions. Set your mind on the mission.
Allow nothing distract you from finishing your course.
Jesus had a mission. That's why he went to the cross.
What type of cell leader are you?
Are you missionary? Are you purposeful? Do you know how to get there? Are.you 'playing cell'? Or are you advancing the cause.
We are a cell based ministry. Not by suggestion.
It is a vital part of our vision and our strategy for carrying out out mission..
You cannot afford to be vague as a cell leader.
You must be plugged into the ministry vision and purpose.
The cell ministry is the church away from the church. An outreach and missionary unit.
If you just take the cell ministry manual, understand and follow it closely, you will do well.
With it, you ensure that a cell leader stays in line.
There is a destination: purposeful and objective.
As a missionary, you are a sent one.
You have the apostolic and pastoral ministry.
You raise more missionaries for the mission field
You will not remain a cell leader as you continue to follow the vision. You will see yourself becoming a pastor whether you like it or not.
Be conscious of the mission that you carry out.
When you meet someone and he says "I'm born again", don't stop there. Ensure they hear our message as an ambassador of our message.
Acts 26: 14-17
Paul was never distracted and did not detour no matter what.
He used to persecute the church.
God made Paul a minister and a witness.
He was sent as a missionary to the Gentiles. Why? V18.
Even when they are hurting you, open their eyes.
Even when they persecute you, turn them from darkness to light.
Realize that you have be sent into a mission field. Your catchment.
Expand your world knowing that you are a mission and carry the message.
V19 to hesitate, to be offended, to be distracted would be being disobedient to the purpose.
As a cell leader, being connected to the mission keeps you safe and protected.
Vision:
it is more than a slogan or quote. It is embodied in all you do .
People see the reflection of the vision in you. It is reflected in everything that we do. The structures, partnership, etc.
The vision of the ministry birthed you.
It led to the intercession that birthed you.
We were all in the Man of God.
The Grace's and the gifts that we have here are because of the vision
It is in our mandate. The 6bn mandate is because of the vision.
Pastor talks Global because of the vision.
Our mandate is because of the vision.
Our Loveworld exceptionalism, expansionism, perfectionism are all because of the vision.
When you are plugged to the vision, you can't lose your way. You will always be relevant.
2.. Urgency: It is a force that pushes and drives us. It is driven by passion which is driven By vision.
Not many churches are preaching. We do not rest. We think we are the only ones and sometimes, we are the only ones.
Acts 14:8-10,19-20
Even after being stoned, why didn't Paul stop? Why didn't he resign? But He revived and didn't take a sick leave. The mission continued. He had urgency which was driven by passion.
A cell leader is a missionary with purpose and urgency. You don't stop.
Urgency is driven by passion.
The mission must continue
Ask yourself "am I driven by passion to win souls? By the urgency of the mission?"
If it is 6bn, how many am I going to influence.?
This should fuel your passion.
The man of God has taught us how to hit targets
The mission minded cell leader sees his place in the 6bn.
*You're part of a structure but your relevance in that structure is your Function*.
A cell meeting has not held if there were no first timer's and young converts. It was just a gathering.
Raise your souls up and make them part of the workforce because the time is short.
Don't be Distracted by civilian affairs.
Strategy:
The holy spirit is our extraordinary strategist.
You must follow the strategy that the spirit has given to us in ministry.
The cell ministry was given to our man of God in fulfilling the mission of this ministry.
When we talk about outreaches, a number of Leaders, go to the "cheap targets" ...needy communities.
There is something about influencing the influencers.
One Managing director can bring his whole staff.
The cell ministry that we have is relevant for all times. This is still the strategy that we have to carry out the mandate.
Competency to use our structures:
You must avail yourself of the trainings that we have in the ministry.
Every cell leader is expected to master his work. Follow the structure. Become an able minister. Take advantage of the materials.
Eg.. go listen to the missionary christian and the prayer of the missionary christian.
Watch your love world again.
Know how to use the tools given to us. Our ministry platforms.
2 Cor 3:5
We must give ourselves to the study of the word. Meditating on the word.
We are guided also when we listen to the messages by our Man of God, Pastor Chris.
There is so much material to take advantage of so that you become more proficient.
Listen to 7 steps to perfecting soulwinning.
Follow our order in raising members to become soul winners.
Winning, building and sending.
But before we send, we must have matured them to a point.
Use our structure to raise others just as you were raised.
Followership: very crucial.
It is a very strong doctrine in scripture.
2 Corinthians 4:16.
We follow our Man of God, Pastor Chris.
One can see the compassion of Christ in him.
We follow him
Population is not a problem but an advantage. We can bring men into the kingdom of God...contrary to what the deep state want (depopulation)
6billion people.... Where is my part? How do I reach them?

Followership secures you. It keeps you safe. You cannot miss your way.
The congregation is not there because of you but because they heard the word of God from your mouth from Pastor Chris. If you want them to stay, keep saying those words.
Remain plugged into the mission and purpose of the ministry.
Don't just participate when we pray, teach your members to participate and not miss it.
All of us, are part of the workforce that God has given the man of God to fulfil this mandate.
There is dignity and purpose in followership.
You receive a rub off of the grace of God upon our man of God.
