“So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound—think of it—for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?”

If you discover that demons are responsible for a situation, you should understand that this makes the problem easier to solve. That’s because demons bow to the power in the Name of Jesus. Some people think it’s difficult to cast out devils but it’s not. It’s as simple as recognising who you are in Christ and exercising your dominion in His Name. Sometimes, I cast out devils by a simple “quit” sign of the hand or head, and they get the signal and check out immediately!

Our authority and superiority over satan and the cohorts of darkness is based on who we are—the seed of Abraham, associates of the God-kind (2 Peter 1:4). We’re not using our own authority against the devil; we’re using the authority given to us by Jesus Christ Himself! Moreover, He didn’t say if you have faith, you can cast out devils; He didn’t base it on any condition, but on who you are: a new creation in Christ.

Luke 13:11-13 tells the story of a woman who had been bent double by a spirit of infirmity for eighteen long years. When Jesus saw her, He said, “…Woman, you’re loosed from your infirmity.” He then laid hands on her, and immediately she straightened up, and she glorified God for her healing. Then, in the sixteenth verse, the Master made the profound statement we read in our opening verse, letting us know that the seed of Abraham ought not to be bound by satan. Taking that even further, we understand that the seed of Abraham has the power to loose those whom satan has bound.

Even if you were feeling sleepy or tired, and there was a devil running rampage somewhere around you, and you said to him, “Get out!” he’ll go. Is it really that simple? Emphatically yes! It depends on what you think about Jesus and His Name.

Satan isn’t a factor, which is why in the Epistles, the writers didn’t have to devote chapters to dealing with demons. They understood that Jesus had completely paralysed them and placed them under our feet. Hallelujah!

So those who have difficulty believing can believe. 2.  Pray that the Lord of the Harvest will send forth labourers into the harvest fields of leaders of nations and governments. Luke 10:1-2. They are in contact with people all the time so God has to guide somebody to bring the gospel to them. 3. Pray that the Lordlord will change the mind of leaders from foolishness and deception to truth. This is so important.  Proverbs 21:1 Most times we want to pray OUT certain government or leader and pray IN someone else. God doesn't want us to do that  Think how many times you have been disappointed through the years from someone whom you favored.  A lot of times, they turned out to be anti God or anti Christ.
