As you learn about what will help you to make progress in life, it's equally important to know what could hinder or slow you down. Sometimes, the weight you have to lose isn't on your body but on your mind. Anger, resentment and jealousy don't change the hearts of others- it only changes yours. Never respond to an angry person with a fiery comeback, even if he deserves it. Don't allow his anger become your anger. The most important places to keep clean and tidy are your heart and mind. Refuse to allow resentment, bitterness, unforgiveness, anger, cynicism find expressions in you and through you. Unforgiveness is like holding the door open for the devil; It's like drinking poison and hoping it would hurt someone else. To be unforgiving is to allow circumstances rob you of your joy in life. Forgiving others isn’t so much about the one who offended you; it’s about your own life; it’s for your benefit not theirs.

GLOBAL DAY OF PRAYER Rev Chris Oyakhilome Dsc DD How to pray: 1. Pray for all men declaring that this is the day of salvation and grace 2 Cor 6:1-2, 2 Cor 4:4. Acts 26:18 We have to break the power of Satan off of their minds. So those who have difficulty believing can believe. 2.  Pray that the Lord of the Harvest will send forth labourers into the harvest fields of leaders of nations and governments. Luke 10:1-2. They are in contact with people all the time so God has to guide somebody to bring the gospel to them. 3. Pray that the Lordlord will change the mind of leaders from foolishness and deception to truth. This is so important.  Proverbs 21:1 Most times we want to pray OUT certain government or leader and pray IN someone else. God doesn't want us to do that  Think how many times you have been disappointed through the years from someone whom you favored.  A lot of times, they turned out to be anti God or anti Christ.
